Nyan Cat skin in Banana Eats

Nyan Cat in Banana Eats is the Nyan Cat Box Banana skin, also called Rainbow Cat in search queries. It shipped with Update #102, the Meme Crossover, on 11 Jul 2026. Fandom’s Cosmic Pastry page, the bananaeats.wiki Nyan guide, and two YouTube uploads from July and August 2026 all treat the quest as still completable. I am not writing a “will it return” section, because nothing in those sources says it left.

The pastry, not a code

You play as a Runner and look for a pink pastry on the map. Community captions call that pastry a Pop-Tart. The wiki name is Nyan Pastry. Searching “where to find pop tart” lands on this same quest, so I treat Pop Tart as a nickname, not a second item. Pick it up, then survive until you escape. Dying after you grab it wastes the attempt. The reward bundle is the Nyan Cat Box skin, the Nyan Pastry beacon, and the Cosmic Pastry badge.

The badge text on Roblox is “Mind your cosmic-crumb trail.” On 31 Oct 2026 the public badge record showed a 1.1% win rate and 243,730 awards. The skin leaves a rainbow trail. The bananaeats.wiki guide warns that the trail can give away a hiding spot. That is a tradeoff, not a bug report I can confirm from a second mechanical test.

What this is not

It is not a limited shop skin and it is not tied to CANDY. CANDY pays Candy Corn Banana. Nyan Cat has no promo code in the Dexerto or Fandom code lists. Spanish queries that ask how to get the rainbow cat are asking for these same steps. The skin index is where the other documented cosmetics live, and badges repeats the Cosmic Pastry row next to the phone badge and Pro Peeler.

The events table places the Meme Crossover alongside other updates and their rewards.
